Passed down from Grandad Soul, this family recipe made its debut in our first pop up 3 yrs ago! Chicken marinated in North Indian spices, cooked slowly with chickpeas, served with brown rice, raita, fermented cabbage, fresh mint chutney.
Beef Brisket Chilli
Brisket marinated for 2 days in a secret blend of spices, slowly cooked for 8 hrs. Cooked in a rice tomato sauce, kidney beans. Served with zesty sour cream, brown rice and our very own spinach and spirulina nachos!
Squash Tagine
Full of flavoursome seasonal veggies with the hero of all veggies: Butternut squash! Cooked in tomatoes, served with za'atar couscous, fattoush salad, beetroot hummus. VG
