We are Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza, a relaxed, neighbourhood pizzeria. We follow the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples – the birthplace of pizza. We opened our first pizzeria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015. Since then we have spent years perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Neapolitan pizza. The texture should be light and floppy and how you eat it is up to you… tuck in with a knife and fork or use your hands to tear and fold.
