The streets of Thailand, especially BKK, are filled with road side stalls selling this dish to the crowds of inebriated locals. This recipe we pulled straight from one of those lively sois (roads), we don't remember much as we were one of the aformentioned drunkards. From what we remember it's Chilli, Shoahsing rice wine, garlic, flat noodles, fine beans, bamboo shoots and mixed peppers, thrown & stir fried all at once into a wok and served. Voila!£12.80Poor Man's Noodles
Although this dish will make you a little poorer, you'll be better off for it! Thick flat noodles stir-fried in our special garlic soy with white pepper, egg, cabbage and collard green,£12.80Duck. Red. Curry

What we're going to say is a little controversial, but the cashew nut stir fry is actually a Chinese-American invention, however Thailand do have a standalone inspired dish, so what we've done is compromised and got this recipe from one of our favourite restaurants in the Chinatown part of BKK. Mushrooms, onion, scallion and peppers stir fried in Thai garlic soy and of course cashew nuts.£11.90Tai Pineapple Fried Rice
This is southern Thailand's 'special fried rice', fluffy jasmine rice stir-fried in turmeric with sliced onion and carrots an incredibly vibrant dish with herbal aromas, can fulfil a main or side to share!£12.80Pad Mhee Trang
This is south thailands answer to the pad thai, we actually think its better than pad thai, fresh egg noodles stir-fried in garlic, dark soy, sugar and of course their southern thai spice of life: tumeric. Comes with collard greens & bean sprouts. Soya, Egg.£12.80Grilled Smoked Duck Breast in Tamaglaze

Turmeric is the flavour spirit of the south, it reigns supreme hence the name.
