Kothu is a popular Sri Lankan street food dish found across the country. It's a mixture of godhamba roti which is Lankan flat bread cooked on a hot griddle with freshly grated carrots, leeks, ginger, eggs(tofu as a Vegan option) and a Lankan chicken curry, king prawn curry or soya. All the curries are made with coconut milk and a variety of spices and curry leaves and Moringa leaves. Kothu is a spicy dish, however if you want it less or more spicy please mention it when ordering.

Kothu is made by chopping godhamba rotti which is a Lankan flat bread and sauted with carrots, leeks, eggs (optional), curry leaves and mixed in with your favourite curry of choice ( chicken, king prawns, soya/tofu)
