About Paellas Ole - Brick Lane
Paellas Ole, we wanted to create a menu true to our roots within Spain - namely our famous paellas but also traditional tapas and wonderful wine, which are as synonymous as the former. There are options for everyone - most of our paellas are gluten-free, and we have a vegetarian paella bursting with flavour for all the veggies out there! Don't forget to add some tapas to your order either, as they complement a paella perfectly.
Paellas 🥘
Paella is a rice dish originating from Valencia, Spain. It takes its name from the wide, shallow pan used traditionally in cooking. As it is made in a large pan, paellas are widely known as the perfect food for sharing with friends or family!
