Chorizo De Bellota
Chorizo made from Pata Negra pigs is to die for! They are fed on acorns while roaming oak forests and then the chorizo is dry-cured for up to 3 or 4 months at a time. What results from that is a smooth, silky flavour, perfect for slicing and great as a tapas before a hearty meal. Gluten Free.£10.00
