
About SuperNature Vegan Kitchen - Bethnal Green
We are an environmentally conscious and plant based restaurant in Hackney. We make everything here using plant based wholefoods, and each dish is a celebration of hyper seasonal local produce. We source our ingredients close to home from independent farmers using minimal intervention and regenerative farming methods. We practice zero waste principles by pickling, fermenting, dehydrating and through the creative use of each whole ingredient.
