Higher Plane 440ml 4.6%
Pale ale. Centennial is a super citrussy and refreshing hop. We used it in the whirlpool and dryhop, with a small addition of azacca to help it along.£5.00Dual Position 440ml 6.0%
IPA. Two hops of the same ilk. Loral suggests orange blossom and green tea; amarillo gives a floral, orange zest note.£5.60Chromatic 440ml 6.0%
DDH IPA. Saturated hops, spectral malts, vibrant waters and chromatic yeasts.£6.10Blueberry and Peach Blush 440ml 5.0%
Dryhopped fruited ale, lashings of blue berry and peach puree were added to a pale ale fermented with a lactic-producing yeast. A small dry hop was added to accentuate the fruit aromas.£5.85Rainy City 440ml 5.5%
Saison. Pilsner malts and tettnang hops set the base for the yeast to express fluffy bubblegum sweetness, while still being very refreshing.£5.55
