About Taco Or Don't
Taco or don't tacos are unique for Liverpool. Only ever using nixtamalization corn, each is individually handmade, and hand pressed to order. Nixtamalization is a traditional process in Mexico and Central America whereby corn is treated with lime, cooked, dried and ground to produce the flour used to make tortilla. This is what makes our tacos both genuine and unique. Using corn as a base also makes are tacos gluten free.
