We buy our sourdough bread loaves from a local Italian mum. She’s been baking her own Italian loaves for over 20 years. The dough is prepared 100% from scratch with organic ingredients using wild yeast that is grown over 12 hours.
Our pasta is special as Rabia’s mum, Zaria, makes it fresh in-house using quality ingredients and fine herbs. Rabia has formulated 6 different flavours, infusing the pasta with classic Italian ingredients.
Our chef’s special bowls are layered with choice fruits and vegetables customized to complement our Italian home-cooked meat dishes that top it.
