At the launch of Calypso lemonades we knew that a strawberry flavored lemonade was a classic flavor that we had to include. We took our original lemonade and created our first flavored lemonade that would be the gateway for so many more flavors to come.

Even after years of producing Calypso, we continue to look for unique flavors that help the brand define its “taste of the islands” theme. The idea for triple melon started with a watermelon-based drink and evolved into a triple blend of watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe. The unique triple melon blend along with the neon pink color makes this drink one of our most eye-popping and refreshing.

Our tagline “taste of the islands” was the inspiration for ocean blue. Our goal was to come up with a flavor that transported anyone who tasted ocean blue to an island and ocean setting. Blue, fit perfectly with the ocean theme. And the combination of three different blue colored berries (blueberries, blackberries and blue raspberries) plus lemon, creates a unique flavor blue ocean.

Just like with our lemonades, we wanted to carry our “taste of the islands” feeling into our limeades. What better way to do this than to use the most recognized tropical fruit, pineapple! Pairing this perfect tropical flavor with the sweet taste of a peach makes pineapple peach limeade a truly special flavor experience.

In 2011, we answered the call for peach lemonade from many of our fans living in southern states. Peaches mixed with the lemons produced a sweet, unique flavor, and a color that fit into the vibrant Calypso line as if it belonged all along. Southern peach was named after the region where most peaches are typically grown in the United States, and its popularity has made it one of Calypso’s top-sell.
