Our Neapolitan pizzas are made using the finest double fermented dough making it light, soft, easy to digest and healthier. We use San Marzano tomatoes, grown in volcanic soil in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius and fior di latte fresh mozzarella.
Our burgers are made with chuck and fore rib cuts. Sourced from locally reared beef from Lishmans of likley, the multi award winning butcher. Served in a seeded brioche bun, with our homemade triple cooked skin on rosemary and rock salt chips.
