Château Bouchassy is a picture-book pretty, rustic winery that dates back to 1628. Today, it makes great-value Lirac that makes an exceptional alternative to the famous names in the Rhône valley. In 1858, Don Guillermo Hurtado de Amézaga, the Marqués de Riscal brought groundbreaking winemaking techniques from Bordeaux and transformed the face of Rioja.
