Good pizza takes time. Our authentic Neapolitan-inspired pizza stays true to tradition while embracing a unique touch. Crafted from the finest ‘00’ flour and raised for 24-48 hours, it develops a light yet satisfying crust. Each pizza is topped with Italian tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, then finished with the best locally sourced produce.
