Crafted from the finest ‘00’ flour and raised for 24-48 hours, it develops a light yet satisfying crust. At Sano our 12" pizzas are made in the Neapolitan style. If your pizza needs little reheat, pop your oven up to 220 degrees and put the pizza as far back in the oven for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
