Your choice of protein (meats) added to cinnamon pinto beans, spinach, smashed avocado, rainbow slaw, grated cheese and fresh diced tomatoes and onions.
Spinach base with fresh tomato and onions, rainbow slaw, smashed avocado, chickpeas and roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds and a choice of main filling served with oil and vinegar dressing.
A lighter option. Toasted flour tortilla wrap with your choice of main ingredient, spinach leaves, sweet peppers and onions.
