It’s no secret that Neapolitan pizza is best straight from the oven. Placed in a box it steams and can become a little soggy. Thankfully you can give your takeaway pizza a new lease of life; once ordered turn on your oven to 200C & pop in a baking tray to pre-heat, then on delivery remove box and place directly on baking tray for 2-3 minutes. For Neapolitan perfectionist you can even brush the crust with water before re-heating to keep it softer. A bit more time, a much better pizza.
