About Pizza Workshop - North St
At Pizza Workshop, we serve authentic sourdough pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce and only the highest quality toppings. Our sourdough is a true labour of love, carefully risen in a special dough room for 30 hours before it is ready to serve. Our gluten-free pizza is also made in house and is extremely popular. We also offer Bocca hot sourdough sandwiches and Piadine at lunchtime and a range of salads and desserts throughout the day.
