At Pizza Workshop, we serve authentic sourdough pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce and only the highest quality toppings. Our sourdough is a true labour of love, carefully risen in a special dough room for 30 hours before it is ready to serve. Our gluten-free pizza is also made in house and is extremely popular.
