Marco has been involved in the fish and chip industry his whole life since helping his father after school and at weekends since the age of 8. So when the opportunity arose to buy his father’s old business in Clifton Village he had no choice but to go for it. That was 25 years ago...14 years ago Stoke Bishop Fish Bar was opened a short walk from their family home. It has always been our aim to provide our customers with the finest fish and chips as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere making a truly memorable experience. We do this by using the best quality MSC certified sustainable fish and freshest ingredients.
