We have created a new Thai food concept with colourful and aromatic dishes to create the perfect harmony between four essential elements: Hot, Sour, Salty and Sweet. A new restaurant is due to open this summer 2020 in Brighton, meanwhile we have open to deliveries and take-away.Every plate achieves that elusive, cuisine-defining balance of hot, sweet, salty, and sour.
