What Is KUMRU? Kumru is one of the most popular Izmir (Turkey) Street food. It comes as a Fully Loaded Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Turkish sausages known as Sujuk, Salami and Sosis. It also is griddeld with butter on a straight grill and we add Kasar cheese (which is typically griddled before it’s placed on the ). To top it up ketchup & mayonnaise is served in a homemade bread with pickled gherkin . Can be eaten as lunch, brunch and an evening meal. İt is ideal and perfect for kids and adults.
