Tandoori and tikka dishes are marinated, skewered and cooked in a clay oven which is fired by charcoal, served with green salad and mint sauce.
Cooked in a balti pan with main ingredients stir fired first before exotic spices are added in a thick medium sauce with a slightly tangy taste.
The following dishes are stir-fried in a basmati pilau rice and served with a separate mixed vegetable curry.
