Balti is a Kashmiri curry dish, it’s origin goes back centuries in the North Indian state of Kashmir. All balti dishes are individually prepared with fresh ingredients with a blended mixture of authentic herbs and delicious spices.
All tandoori dishes are marinated overnight with a special blend of spices, herbs and yoghurt, then cooked to order in our tandoori clay oven. Served with salad & mint sauce.
