A tandoori clay oven is a charcoal fired traditional Indian oven, the food is marinated in yoghurt with freshly ground homemade mixed spices & herbs to give each dish its own unique flavour & aroma.
A delicious medium hot dish enlivened with a fresh garlic & ginger containing onions, green peppers, herbs, fresh green chilli, coriander & thick homemade curry gravy.
These special dishes brought together with special homemade fusion spices, coconut & coriander. All served with medium vegetable curry & basmati pilau rice.
Nepalese style noodles. All noodles dishes are prepared with spaghetti noodles, gently stir fried with aromatic light spices & fresh vegetable, coriander & lemon juice.
Served with chips.
