Our Scottish fior di latte mozzarella comes from the family run, award winning Yester farms in Haddington, Scotland. our sourdough pizza base is hand-finished by pan’artisan from Midhurst, England. Vegan option available.
Our bespoke mix of chuck and brisket beef comes solely from British farms including our friends at Alec Jarrett farm and Foxham farm. Our burger buns are baked exclusively for us at Wrights bakery, independent and family run since 1867.

All of our salad and vegetables arrive at our bar within 24 hours and are grown across two epic farms; woodlands farm in Cheshire and Worthington’s farm in Lancashire.
We roast our own coffee at our small batch roastery at the Brewdog brewery in Ellon. All coffees come as double shots and are available for sit in or takeaway.
