About Rad Pizza Shop - Spark - York City Centre
Independent wood-fired sourdough pizza. We mix our dough on-site using sourdough starter and sustainably sourced flours. We let the dough ferment for a soft, light, airy base. The dough is hand stretched to 10-12 inches and cooked in our wood fired ovens to achieve a puffy, leopard spotted crust.
