Uchu Brewing in Hokuto, Japan, are making some of the best hop-forward beers in the world. This hazy India Pale Ale was brewed with founder, Masahiro Kusunose, using Strata CGX, Strata, Idaho 7, Nelson and Citra with additions during whirlpool, hop dip and mid-fermentation. Second Breath is our first foray into using the hop product Mega Terps from Freestyle Hops. This little gem of a pellet is a custom blend of Southern Cross, Motueka And Rakua, combined with Phantasm's magical thiol precursors. Fruit machine is our smooth and rounded NEIPA with a low bitterness and creamy sweet mouth-feel from high amounts of flaked oats & carapils in the malt bill. Herkenrode Vesper is one of only 23 official Belgian abbey beers and the winner of the Silver Medal at the 2018 Australian International Beer Awards. Vesper was created by Cistercian nuns at the Herkenrode monastery, which was founded in 1182. It’s a true and tough Belgian triple, With a 9% abv, a nice bitterness and a lightly cognac aftertaste. The beer is brewed using only 100% Saaz-Saaz hops, malted barley, water, yeast and herbs grown at the Herkenrode Abbey itself.£7.50Huyghe - Delerium Tremens 8.5% (330ml)

Winner of the Gold Medal at the 2018 World Beer Awards, Kriekenbier Wheat is a traditional Belgian cherry beer brewed since 1977 at our craft brewery in Opitter, Belgium. It combines a hint of cherry with our refined Limburgse Witte wheat beer. The cherry juice we use is from cherries grown in Haspengouw, Europe’s premier fruit-growing region.
