About The Fig Bistro
This fresh new bistro (run by a mother and 2 daughters) brings Southport the fragrant flavours of Egypt. The Koshari is a staple in Cairo home – brown lentils, rice & chickpeas, topped with caramelised onions & a spicy tomato-chili sauce.
