We always want the coffee used for Offshore to be an extremely flexible coffee that works well across a range of drinks, both black and with milk. Serra Negra is just that. A great well rounded cup of coffee that expresses it's origin perfectly. ColombiaTasting Notes: Bakers Chocolate, Cocoa nibs, LimePopayán is our new dceaf for the year. Sourced from Cofinet. This decaf is like none we’ve had before. We tried a few decafs here at the roastary but this one came out on top.Popayán is located in the department of Cauca at 1,700 m.a.s.l. This regions topography is perfect to grow exceptional coffee!
