With a nod to the latest Space X launch (can you spot it?) we bring a super smooth IPA. Base grist brings in the colour with 15EBC and light bitterness at 46 IBUs using a light dusting of Caramel malt at 4%. We packed in some oats to fluff out the mouthfeel and then went with a massive whirlpool charge of old school favourites Chinook, Cascade and Centennial. We absolutely adore Idaho 7 so we thought we'd introduce a big helping of the cry version into the dry hop too. The result is a creamy smo£4.75Indian summer
