We make our dough daily and it is left to proof for a minimum of 48hrs. A longer proof and a cooking temperature of 400’C is key to bringing out the beautiful full flavour and soft delicate doughiness of our Neapolitan style pizzas.

The delicate nature of Neapolitan style dough is best straight from the oven. To make sure you enjoy them as they should be: Preheat your oven to 220’C, remove all the packaging and pop your pizza in for 2 minutes.
