About Little Biga
At “Little Biga” we start with the finest base possible using only Marco Fuso flour, water and yeast (the usual high street pizza chains use up to 17 ingredients and preservatives including loads of sugar!) The 48 hour Neapolitan Biga technique we use results in a wonderfully light base full of flavor. We then add the finest Italian imported ingredients and vacuum pack ready for you to cook in your oven at home. The result is a simply wonderful Wood Fired Pizza fresh out of the oven.
