A family-run business founded in 2004 by partners, Kim & Martin. Kim, the inspiration and beating heart of our restaurants grew up in rural Thailand where her love for cooking stemmed from cooking with her mum. After a few years of successfully running her own Pad Thai cart in Bangkok, Kim met Martin and together they brought Kim’s authentic taste of Thailand with them to the UK.
