~Tuna comes from a can, it was put there by a man, in a factory downtown~ An inauthentically Mexican bowl. Tinned tuna with onions, peppers and spices, served with hot & spicy beans, avocado, cucumber. Garnished with coriander and topped with a sour cream or cream cheese I haven't quite finalised yet.
