    This is our own family favorite modified recipe. Rice is cooked with small beef cubes slightly bigger than minced meat (known as Suqaar in Somali) to create a mouth watering & fulfilling meal. The beef cubes (Suqaar) is cooked with the rice hence takes on the flavour of the choice of rice you choose.
