This style of sushi was created in Australia in the late 90’s and has grown to become the most popular format of sushi Down Under. Choose from 9 carefully crafted rolls including; Crispy Chicken, Spicy Tuna, & the Bondi Roll (Veg options available too). No chopsticks, no cutlery, no worries.
