Corn tortillas dipped in rich birria sauce then fried with cheese, your choice of meat, coriander and red onion. Served with a handful of nachos, wedges of lime and a pot of birria consommé.

Crispy, sliced flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and your choice of meat, red onion and coriander and a splash of chipotle sauce for a spicy kick.

Rice bowls are served with a meat of your choice, Mexican rice, guacamole, pico di gallo, black beans garnished with coriander and wedge of lime and a sauce of your choice.
