We are a pop-up street food kitchen who specialise in hot savoury buttermilk waffles, signature pickle-brined fried chicken all with a Chinese vibe. We make our waffle mix fresh daily from real ingredients - eggs, butter, buttermilk and cream - which we believe makes for a superior waffle.
