Great PIZZA is simple: good ingredients on good dough. We focus on the dough and we top it with the finest ingredients from our country. Our dough contains a very low percentage of yeast and is slowly fermented which makes it really easy to digest. Following the proper Neapolitan tradition, our pizza is cooked in a wood oven built up for us in Napoli. NOI QUATTRO simply means “the four of us”.
