About American Pies
American Pies began with an obsession with Chicago deep dish style pizza. Following a trip to Chicago where we visited the famous Pequods, Lou Malnatis & Giordano's. We knew we had to bring deep dish to the people of Manchester. Packed with so much flavour, our crust is made with garlic butter parmesan dough, our rustic marinara has 9 ingredients and the pies are loaded with truly absurd amounts of mozzarella.
