About American Pies Presents: Chicago
Delving further into the culinary world of American Italian we have: pork chop parms, carbonara stuffed garlic bread pasta bombs and Boursin arancini. Our new home of Ancoats is also officially recognised as Little Italy; due to the large Italian population in the early 20th century. Classic deep-dish pizzas remain our (garlic) bread and butter. We travelled the length and breadth of Chicago to take away the best elements and created the ultimate comfort food.
