The Pasta Factory is the first pastificio in Manchester and Independent restaurant in the northern quarter. We produce everyday HOMEMADE fresh pasta and sauces. We also make and sell our homemade vegan cheese. Our motto is Fresco, Tradizionale, Italiano. Sister restaurant of Noi Quattro Pizzeria.
