Homemade sprout-infused focaccia layered w/ roasted sprout halves, fried sprout shavings, lemony sprout leaves, maple bacon, a charred sprout and toasted nut stuffing, Emmental cheese and a garlicky-lemon sprout mayo. Served with a pot of chicken gravy.
