It’s then flame-grilled the traditional way over coal, basted twice, flung in the oven to cook through, to be returned to the grill to crisp up with one more layer of jerk basting sauce. This Indo-Jamaican, one-pot wonder will knock your socks off! But don’t spill it on your top: the turmeric and madras curry powder stain!
