Welcome to Shogun Ramen, the home of an authentic ramen restaurant. From Izakaya street food to our collection of sake to wash down our flavoursome food. Our Tonkotsu ramen broth is rich and flavoursome with 12 hours of pork broth complete with a secret base topped with spring onions, sesame seeds and nori seaweed. We also have chicken broth ramen (HALAL) and since we are at the heart of Chorlton, we never forget our homemade vegetable broth ramen that suits our vegan diners
Sushi
Our Sushi is freshly prepared by an experienced chef using daily fresh ingredients such as fish, veg and rice. We only make sushi per order to maintain the quality of the food.
