Our Caribbean food is well seasoned and has lots of great flavours, we are passionate about what we do and we cook from the heart... We use only the freshest meat and vegetables so your food tastes fantastic. Everything is sourced from high quality local suppliers, we make everything from scratch and cook fresh everytime. Our fries are hand-cut and our burgers are hand-pressed with the best grass-fed beef. Our chicken is always free-range...we use authentic Caribbean seasonings

Bajan Fried Chicken Burger
Locally raised chicken thighs marinated in Caribbean seasoned buttermilk for 48 hours. Encased in a crispy, lightly spiced crunchy batter, drizzled with our homemade BBQ and mango sauces.
