This Jura cheese was the favourite of Louis XV. It's rich voluptuous and unctuous. It is one of the only cheese to be eaten with a spoon straight from the box. You can eat it raw or bake your Mont d'Or. To bake it remove the lid and make small slits with a sharp knife in the skin.
