All our steaks are premium black gate signature steaks our black gate steaks are 7 days hung on the bone and dry-aged for 28 days. They are amazingly tender and full of flavour.
Sirloin Steak
Sirloin cuts are often the leaner parts of a steak and contain high protein. It is behind ribs but ahead of the rump area. Although they taste delicious, cuts of sirloin aren't quite as robust in flavour as a ribeye but much leaner than Rump.
