Seriously tasty wood fired sourdough pizza, salads and sides run by street foodies Well Kneaded. Sustainability has been at the heart of their menus since their founding day in Wendy the vintage food truck back in 2011. We're talking local suppliers, high welfare meat and cheese, local supply chains, house-milling their own flour and the employment of young adults who have faced disadvantage.

48-hour fermented sourdough made with house-milled ancient grains, British fiordilatte mozzarella with local, seasonal and organic veg. Our meats and cheeses come from high welfare British producers. We are passionate about good pizza!
